Astrolove Labs ("Astrolove Labs", "we", "us" and "our") is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how Astrolove Labs may collect, store, use and disclose information when you access or use any services, content and features made available by us through our mobile application ("Astrology and Love").
Your privacy is important to us. It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any of your information that we may collect on our app.
We only request personal information when we actually need to provide a service. We do this by fair and legal means, with your knowledge and consent. We also inform you why we are collecting it and how it will be used.
Personal Information You Give Us
When you register in our application, you will be asked to provide some information about yourself.
The information we collect and use may include the following types of personal data:
- Your name (first name, last name, full name, nickname or any expression you want to use to identify yourself)
- Your date of birth
- Your photo (optional)
You can also log into our application using Facebook. Facebook will authenticate your identity and give you the option to share the following personal information with us:
- Profile name
- Profile photo
- Your date of birth
- Email address
Facebook will only provide the above data and photo that you authorize for sharing with our application.
If you would like to include people in your dating list on our application, you may be asked for the following types of information:
- Name (first name, last name, full name, nickname or any expression you want to use to identify the person)
- The person's date of birth
- The person's photo (optional)
This information is required to enable the features of the application to function properly and for the astrological suggestions provided to you in the application to be relevant.
We may also ask if you want to opt-in to receive notifications. If you want to disable notifications at any time, you can do so in the "Notifications" option of the "Settings" function available in the app. You can also go to "Settings" on your device, click "Notifications" and change these settings for the app on your device (different device settings or device updates may affect or change how these settings work).
How we protect, store, and retain information
The Personal Information you provide to us is stored in the local memory of your mobile device (smartphone or tablet). We do not have access to it.
If you authenticate through Facebook, an ID number is created for you in the app account on Google Firebase which stores your and your relationships' data. This allows you to use our application on your other devices. It also allows you to recover your data if you lose your device.
We only store in Firebase the information we collect for as long as it takes to provide the requested service. When we store data, we protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We do not share personally identifiable information publicly, except as required by law.
We never sell your personal information and will not sell your personal information to third parties for use without your consent.
Removing Your Personal Information from the Application
If you would like your Personal Information (including your relationship information) removed from our records, you must trigger the "Remove Your Data" option in the Application settings and confirm the removal.
In addition, you may also request removal by contacting us at info@astrologylove.app. We will respond to your request within ten (10) business days.
Payment Details
In-app purchases are handled by the payment platform of your app store (Play Store or Apple App Store).
The processing and storage of payment details is the responsibility of that platform, as well as the applicable payment methods and form.
As such, we will not receive, process or store any of your payment details. This is because the payment transactions themselves are completed through your app store's payment platform via the user account that you have associated with that platform account.
If you make purchases within the app, we will be notified by the payment processor as soon as a transaction is completed, but we will not receive any of your actual payment details. We also do not have access to your email address registered on your app store.

You are free to decline our request for personal information with the understanding that we may not be able to provide some of the services you desire.
Your continued use of our app will be considered acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information.
